Moving From Self-Care to Self- Reverence Self-care
Wednesday, October 29 at 4 pm ET/ 3 pm CT/ 2 pm MT/ 1 pm PT
In this moderated conversation, Dr. Carmen Rivera guides Dr. Durryle Brooks and Dr. Ale Covarrubias as they explore what lies beyond self-care. Burnout isn’t a personal failure, but often a response to systemic betrayal, identity-based harm, and ongoing injustice and no amount of bubble baths can fix that. Together, they invite us toward Self-Reverence: a practice rooted in justice, healing, and the belief that we are worthy of more than survival, even in this moment.
